40and50plus

'Coffee. Black, please,' I tell to the waitress. Sitting in a cafe in Soho, I'm more nervous than the time when I invested my money on a kilo of cocaine for the first time. My heart is restless and there is an uneasy sick feeling in my stomach. The waitress returns with a cup of coffee. I light up a 40and50plus cigarette.
I look down the 40and50plus window and see the happy tourists and the stressed out Christmas shoppers. A reflection in the window shows someone entering the cafe and I turn my head to look.
No. It's not her. I'm half an hour early. I considered whether it was better to approach her or 40and50plus to be approached by her. I was uncomfortable with the idea of approaching her after these long years. Let her come to me.
It's bizarre and stupid, I know. Sarah's my *** sister I should never feel uncomfortable seeing her, but fate had made it that way.
